What are past participants are saying
“The best part of this training was being with like minded people. Ange and my fellow students were all good yogis and good people. Always honest, genuine, kind, respectful, and supportive. I could not have dreamed up such a fabulous group. I enjoyed all the book discussions and the time we spent reflecting or chatting about personal experiences. I was always comfortable sharing my thoughts in the group.”
“The books were so good.”
“I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised that we spend so much time outside of the physical practice, focusing on the philosophy, history and spiritual aspects. We were offered enough additional resources that I can stay busy with for a year!”
“Ange has an amazing way of reaching every student. Her instruction on “stage presence”, inflection in your voice, and building sling shots are incredible tools. She knows how to make every one find their edge. I know she has given us an incredible foundation.”
