Yoga Unplugged
We found the perfect opportunity for our local yoga retreats! It took some time but we found this gem of a place tucked in our own back yard, at the base of the Laurel Mountains.
If you could use a break, pause for a moment and get unplugged with us! Join Ange from Red Brick Yoga for a weekend filled with yoga, meditation, breath work, and more. Additionally, you can enjoy a silent meditative walk through the Labyrinth atop Sunset Hill, stroll through the awesome hiking trails or, do very little and just enjoy being unplugged!

Retreat Package Includes:
4 full yoga practices
5 meals (Friday night to Sunday Morning, with vegetarian options)
2 nights Lodging (accommodations you choose)
Optional morning Qigong (Saturday & Sunday)
Optional hiking trails
Optional break out sessions (yoga topics vary)

SATURDAY
8:30 am Breakfast
10:00 am - Noon Qigong/Yoga Session (Includes yoga breathing fundamentals, All-Levels flow, and meditation)
12:30 pm Lunch
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Free Time (hiking, walk the labyrinth, reading)
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Yoga Session (Includes yoga breathing fundamentals, yin yoga, and meditation)
6:30 pm Dinner
7:30 pm Break-out discussions (Tea & Cookies)

9:00 am Qigong/Yoga
10:30 am Breakfast
Noon – Room Checkout
