Class Offerings

Flow

Create a new vitality from within and enliven your spirit. Move through a series of yoga poses incorporating functional movement, mindfulness, and breath awareness. As strong, or as gentle as you like: so many options. Enjoy the benefits of our far-infrared radiant heat panels. The perfect warmth for a cleansing sweat. All fitness levels welcome. (heated)


Slow Flow

A slower form and more chill version of our flow class. Enjoy the benefits of our far-infrared radiant heat panels in our comfortably warmed studio. All fitness levels welcome. (warmly heated)


Mindful Functional Movement

This class is great for beginners, we focus on basic yoga poses, gentle stretching, functional breathing, spinal alignment, and core stability. If you have been wanting to begin a yoga practice and reap the many health benefits that yoga has to offer...this is the class and now is the time! (ambient room temp)


Stretch + Restore

This class will combine elements of yin, restorative, breath work, and meditation. It is designed to engage a parasympathetic response and bring balance to your mind and an overall embodiment of stillness and peace. This class is floor-based with minimal standing postures. (ambient room temp)


RESTORATIVE YOGA

Step away from your busy world and give yourself permission to slow down. This class relies on the use of bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and eye pillows to help calm your nervous system. The minimal poses create a deep relaxing mode that comforts your mind and body down to the cellular level. (ambient room temp)


Yin YOGA

A slow-paced style of yoga practiced all on the floor (no standing postures). The poses are held for longer periods of time. This style of yoga is very different than the flow/vinyasa style. It is passive, reflective, and introspective. It penetrates deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating your energetic body to release blockages and increase energy flow.
